NyuzAI writes no editorial content. Each item published here is the headline and the short description that the publisher itself distributes in its public RSS feed, reproduced as published, credited by name and linked to the original article. Where a feed carries no description, only the headline and the link appear. NyuzAI claims no ownership over the source articles and reproduces no substantial part of them.
Every headline links to the article on the publisher's own site, and following one leaves NyuzAI: there is no page here reproducing an article. What this site adds is the selection and the ranking, decided by computed similarity against a written description of a subject: which articles are worth reading, for whom. If you are a rights holder and want an item removed, write to the contact address above and it will be taken down.
NyuzAI carries no advertising, sells nothing, and has no paid tier. It publishes no article of its own and derives no revenue from the items it lists.
The rest of the site (its name, design, and code) is the property of the publisher.
Right of reply
Anyone named or identified in an item published here may request a right of reply, under article 6 IV of the LCEN. Send the request to the contact address above, within three months of the item's publication, stating which passage it concerns and the text of the reply. We answer within three days of receiving it.
If what you have read here is simply wrong, you do not need any of this: write to the same address and we will correct or withdraw it.
